Feverly is built around one idea: your child's health data belongs to you. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we'll never do with it.
Feverly is an app built to help parents track their children's fever episodes, manage medications, and spot health patterns over time. We're a small, independent team currently in pre-launch.
If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out at [email protected].
Waitlist signups
If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it to let you know when Feverly launches and to share meaningful updates before then. Nothing more.
When you use the app (once it's live)
To make Feverly work, we'll collect the information you choose to enter:
Account information
An email address and password to create and access your account.
Basic usage data
We may collect basic, anonymised information about how the app is used (e.g. which screens are visited) to help us understand what's working. This will never be linked to your identity or your child's data.
We will never sell your data. Not now, not if we grow, not under any circumstances. Your child's health information is not a product.
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use reputable cloud infrastructure providers and apply reasonable security measures appropriate for a product handling sensitive personal information.
We are a pre-launch product working through our full data compliance requirements ahead of the app going live. We'll update this policy as those processes are finalised.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data — including all children's profiles, episodes, temperature readings, and dose logs — is permanently deleted. You can do this at any time from within the app.
For waitlist signups: we'll keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
You have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.
Feverly is designed to be used by parents and caregivers — not by children directly. The app stores data about children, entered by their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and the app is not intended for use by minors.
We use a small number of third-party services to run Feverly — for things like cloud storage, email delivery, and basic analytics. These providers are selected carefully and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We'll maintain a full list of sub-processors ahead of launch.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll let waitlist members know by email before those changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
We're a real team and we read every email. Reach us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
Plain language first. These terms cover how Feverly can be used, what we're responsible for, and what we're not. If something isn't clear, email us.
Feverly is a tracking and organisation tool. It helps parents log fever episodes, record medication doses, and see health patterns over time.
Feverly is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical advice. If you're concerned about your child's health, please contact your doctor or paediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
The information Feverly displays — including medication countdown timers — is based on general guidelines and the data you enter. It is provided for organisational convenience only. Always use your own judgement and follow the advice of your healthcare provider.
By using Feverly — including joining the waitlist or using the app — you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
You agree to:
The data you enter in Feverly belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership over it. You can export or delete it at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we handle it.
We work hard to keep Feverly reliable, accurate, and secure. That said:
If something in the app seems wrong or behaves unexpectedly, please let us know at [email protected].
Feverly is currently free during early access. Pricing hasn't been finalised yet. If and when we introduce paid features, we'll let waitlist and existing users know in advance — you'll never be charged without clear notice and your consent.
The Feverly name, logo, and app design are our own. You're welcome to talk about Feverly, share screenshots, and recommend it to other parents — just don't present it as your own product or use our brand assets in a way that suggests official endorsement.
We may update these terms as Feverly grows. If we make significant changes, we'll notify waitlist members by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Feverly after that point means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These are meant to be readable, not intimidating. If anything doesn't make sense, email us at [email protected].
